Sauvignon Blanc is a dry, light bodied white wine with a powerful aroma and refreshing taste.
Our Sauvignon Blanc has such a light intensity that it opens it up to a wider range of potential food pairings. We particularly enjoy it with grilled fish tacos or a nice spring panzenella with asparagus.
