The days of ABC, Anything But Chardonnay, are well over. Chardonnay has the most diverse flavor profile from any other grape, they can be rich and buttery or light and fresh. Proposal Chardonnay falls roughly in the middle of that spectrum, with a lighter taste than most Napa buttery Chardonnays. Our Chardonnay pairs perfectly with a simple boiled Maine lobster or with some steamed clams and mussels.
